Cops say that about an hour after Ja Rule's bust, they approached Lil Wayne's tour bus as it sat parked at 61st Street near Columbus Avenue - again claiming to smell marijuana.
As the officers entered the vehicle, they saw Lil Wayne, who was changing clothes at the time, toss a Louis Vuitton bag off his lap, lead prosecutor Joan Illuzzi-Orbon said at the arraignment.
